AC blower motor stopped working. Tested fuse is good, swapped starter relay with blower relay. (Starter still works fine) Replaced resistor, replaced blower motor. NOTHING  I feel like a dumb a**. Please say I'm over looking something...

Obviously you're overlooking SOMETHING, else it would be working. ;)

Measure the voltage at the blower motor connector. Back probe the connector so you can keep the motor connected.
Be sure to also check the ground wire. If it's open, it will also read 12v when the blower is turned on.

BTW, how hard is it to replace the blower motor? Mine's a little noisy sometimes.
