Is this the same problem that Ford had on there Contours/mystique's and later extended the waranty to fix this problem. My fan only blows on 4th speed and was squealing since I got it. Dealer said that it was nothing to worry about, when it was squealing as it was caused by COLD weather. I said "NO" He said "YES". I said "NO" he said..... anyways, it only works on 4th speed (high speed). Does it have to be replaced or is it just a resistor or both? It also seizes once and a while and would stop and start when I first turned it on. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
