Im Getting the H&R lowering springs for my SVTF and I was wanting to know what all it took in installing them, what ill need and some Problems that may have came up, If anybody could help me that would be SWEET thanks !!

I installed the H&R race springs like two monts ago, I didn´t do the install, I left it to a workshop.
The drop for me was perfect (like 1 inch), the ride is firmer but bumpy, I think the handling it´s better.
In resume I like´em.

you also might want to check the suspension forum and do a search. you might find pics there to see the differences. I personally have the progress tech springs and love them.
