Any tricks/suggestions on getting the spring clip to go in on the slave cylinder hydraulic hose? We've been struggling with that for a couple hours, and that's the only hold-up on having the car back up and running. Thanks!!

IIRC you can put the clips in first and then the tobe ends can be pushed in and will slip thru the clip but lock in place. If that doesn't work, maybe a pair of needle nose pliers could do the trick. I've changed mine twice - it's a nasty little job but I don't recall too much trouble with this aspect of it - of course, physical access is difficult but necessary.
