My car is running fine and smooth, but when ever I go over 5k rpm it rev ALOT slower. I have the following mod and I have new fuel pump/fuel filter, so it shouldn't be fuel problem. Anything else I should look at?

It's not exactly clear to me what you mean about going over 5K and then revving slower. Is the engine losing power when it goes over 5K? or does it rev (accelerate) slower after you go over 5K, slow down and then try to speed up again?
Losing power at high rpm's can be a sign of fuel starvation.

I will say it is both rev (accelerate) slower and lose power. Usually happen close to 5k rpm, and after long period of driving(1hr).

next time it does it keep the revs relativly low,,,like around 2k,,,,,,run like that for a few minutes,,,,then drop a gear or two so u can get the revs up over 5 and see what happens,,,if it has power then loses it it need more fuel,,,,

mine did this and turned out to be the catalytic converter came apart and clogged.
