Always check belts and pulleys first when you hear those kinds of noises.
Horrible engine sounds.....
So, I went to start my car this evening, and
I hear the most wretched sounds coming from my
engine. Dark out, so I can't see what it might be.
It sound like crank bearings, but the oil was changed
this past Sept, and I haven't seen any oil leaks.
In the past, there were faint noises, but they would
pass after the engine warmed up a bit, so I'm wondering what else it could be. Low coolant? Bad egr? Could the
UPD be the culprit? Maybe the valves need adjusting?
Right now I'm clueless. So any suggestions would be
helpful
