You would pick up about 5-7hp for your exaust. Besides that it's really hard to say. If you just have a cone filter jammed on the end of your stock intake tube you may have lost Hp.
If you have it sheilded from the heat it's probably good for a couple more.
10 Hp. is my guess. Dyno is the only sure way to find out though.
i'd say 12-16 is VERY wishful thinking. i would guess the gains would be closer to 6-8hp. you're not going to see any real power gains until you tune the cams with some cam gears. i'm sure someone will argue otherwise, but i have never seen a focus dyno much over 120whp without dyno tuning. regardless of mods.
