Moved into anew house with a gym across the street- The Gym in Huron, Ohio. Been going daily and using the eliptical for 30-45 minutes every day, as well as a little strength training. I weighed myself after two weeks, and lost 8 pounds. Trying to get under 200, so about 20 to go.

I certainly feel much better. I've sort of reached a plateau on my weight loss. Stuck at about 14 or 15 pounds. First ten were pretty quick, next ten have been pretty slow going.

Lost some more, down to 219 now from a bit over 230.

Nice! Im finally into a routine schedule at work soIm hoping to get some weight off. My goal is to get back down to about 165 and build some muscle. Its good motivation to hear other people are losing weight. Now I just need some motivation.

Pretty sure I found your 8 pounds :)

Winter sucks. :thumbdown

I just can NOT get motivated to stay on the bike trainer for extended periods of time, I guess I'll just use it to stay somewhat in shape and then burn off the fat in the spring.

Still using the home gym as well but it still doesn't give the workout a good long bike ride gives.
