instrument lights pulsing

my instrument panel lights are pulsing (headlights too). they have a rymthic pulsing. it is slight but quite noticeable. does anyone have any idea whats happening?

Mine does it also. I put on a new alternator one time to see if it stopped. It did but only for like 1 day.
Check all your connections and grounds anyways just to make sure though.
