ok well i went in my friends shop the other day and he gave me a free AEM TRU POWER Pulley it didn't come with belt. is it worth me pulling my alternator out again and buying a new belt to put it on?

You need to pull your altenator?
Im assuming this is just an underdrive pulley right, for the crank...

no its a pully for the alternator hence the having to remove to install

Yah I have the FC 2pc. The crank pulley is undersized and lighter, the water pulley is oversized so you can use the stock belt but its also lightened.

AEM= not worth it get the fc or something else. I have the FC and teh AEM on my car and the AEM isnt worth the trouble and money

Removing the alternator from an MTX75 equiped car is simple and takes 20-30 minutes.

If you have an aftermarket stereo I wouldn't recomend using the AEM alt pully because it's larger size will slow your alt down. You don't want that, that's bad.

If your not an audio buff, then go ahead and install it. You already have it anyway.
