No, I believe that is a one off kinda thing for one of those hybrid fuel vehicles, might have been an all electric car I don't remember. I saw pics of that silver one along time ago.

Nope, not the 2004 Focus. Those are the Alternative Fuel Vehicles. Look at the Front Plate on the first Focus. It reads Fuel Cell. Nope not the 2004 front end. Check over at Team Rigz Forum. Someone posted a pic of the 2.3 Liter ZX3 which is a 2004. Nothing much has changed on the front end. Except the front headlights which are tinted to look like the ones that appeared on the 2002SVTFocus.

I've seen 2004's at dealers, no exterior changes from 2003. Only the new 2.3L engine; optional for SE, ZX3, ZX5, and standard on ZTS.

That is not the new front end. Thats a basic bumper mocked up with Lincoln LS fog lamps.

And thats not a 2004, it says 2003 in his sig.
