Hey guys I was browsing nopi and I found this

now its real cheap but thats not wghat im thinking does it really include a flew pipe too with no extra flanges? and does anyone know if its legal and i can pass inspections in PA if I relocate my cat?

I think in order to stay "smog legal" you have to have a CARB EO number, which I highly doubt that part does. Email nopi and ask them about the carb eo number

ok I understand that PA doesnt check carb numbers they just check to make sure you have the essentials such as a cat so what if I hacked my catback when i get it and throw a random tech hi flo cat and added that header after cleaning the welds up of course? so does it include the flex too?!?! plus hey i dont care if it turns into a rainbow

I've talked to NOPI about it....thats not a picture of it. It's a street header. That picture is for a honda.
