JRSC SVT runs 14 @ 100?

A post on SVTPerformance.com claims a 14.018 @ 100.768with the following mods:
-JR Supercharger installed 5-13-03
-Chopped AEM CAI Blue
-Removed muffler(it's loud)
-Painted calipers blue
-Ford Racing(Esslinger) exhuast cam gear
-Removed back seat/spare/jack

I truly want to believe this post, but from my experience the JRSC is more of a mid 14 second car. Anyone have any thoughts on this...or seen a JRSC SVT at the track? I keep trying to get to a track, but anytime I want to go either I've got a CEL or no one can go with me

On a regular Foci the times are around mid to high 14's with a JRSC EATON-45 blower..

But the SVT JRSC is a EATON-62 supercharger which gives much more horses and torque. Plus the SVT has 170 horses and 145lbs or toruqe compared to the Zetec's 135 horses and 130lbs of torque.

So a time of 14.018 along with the other mods are believable in my opinion.

Keep in mind he was light wieght, which helps alot, and it was like 40 out. Totally believeable.
Now that's damn respectable.. IMO.
-Painted calipers blue
This is what did it right here.

I'll believe it...I guess.

14.0 is a REALLY good e.t. for a run on stock tires and 40 degree weather. But I think there's a chance.

What is he putting out now? Probably like 200 to 205 or 207 whp?

With 200 whp, 100 mph is defininitely attainable. His weight saving I'm sure helped on it's own too.

dongnong, haven't met yet but I'm from the NYC area. Affiliated with the DPA crew

I'm planning (HOPING) to go to atco or etown soon...obviously before either closes for the season to get a couple runs before I start modding again.

If you're down, let me know. I want to see what a JRSC SVT does in person
