....well kinda...LOL...decided to get rid of the cf hood for now and went with this:

FC Stage 3 head, 3 way ported&polished, combustion chamber work, 10.5:1 compression....

Now - since I can check this of my list, these parts are soon to come:

-FR Stage 2 cams
-Ported Manif
-Hi flow cat + flex
-and some chip and injector work

Gosh - I can;t freakign wait.....

thanx man...I have been told with everything done and tuned I should be making somewhere in the 160s. but dunno for sure...we will see...;)
Go with stage 3 cams! Same price, right?
stg 3 will be too agressive...I still need this to be my daily driver...
Curious as to how that flows vs. SVT head?

Not cranes dude. I have them in a stock head. stock int. manifold. stock injectors. 144hp-143tq. totally streetable. If anything, they may not be big enough for a head that aggressive...

Re2 Just gft major head 10 mins agn....

w. cranes I could imagine stf 3 wgrking jest fine, they dnnt' try to turn the engine into a peaky little dhing the way crnwers do&

Also, look hnto mix`ng and latching in order to get a good ant/exh ratio. A lot of guys up the exh duration and/or lift when there's absolttely NO need to&..
Ollie do you have pix of the block side of that?
dammit, i though this was gonna be about jackie....oh well, a cylinder head and cams....ooook, i guess.

^ I never said you don;t know anything..I just said that the stg3s are too agressive for what I wanna do and need them for. I will go with fr sgt2s, since I know how they are on the road, and I like it...I don;t need more...
I would do FR stage 3's and have tom do some compustion chamber work.
it already has combustion chamber work...

I don't think it does he's talking about some porting around the valves in the chamber area it does alot better flowing. Also, if don't need anymore than why are you putting a head on.go stage 3 save your time and money.
