knocking sounds from rear/underneath...

for the first time I heard knocking sounds yesterday, while driving on the freeway at 60-70 mph...It's intermittent and only happens at those higher speeds and comes from the rear or underneath...I pulled over and didn't see anything under my car...
any feedback...thoughts, anyone??

Have you had your recall done that deals with a nut that isn't properly torqued in the front suspension?

I didn't receive a recall letter....?
but I plan to schedule a service appt...
can anyone show me some info about this recall?
