I filed with DSB, and I got the thumbs up from them not because of the number of days total, but because I kept going back for the same damn thing. (water leak in the front pass floorboard and those ever-so-crappy brakes)
They bought back my 2002 automatic power prem Zx3 with a rather large dent in it for $10,215.08
and I still owed 3500 on it...
plus, I put that check towards a new 02 power prem 5-spd with the $3k rebate. Needless to say, I came out quite ahead on that deal. Only problem is that it took like 4 months to do the whole thing.
As for the lemon law, I wouldnt bother, because then you have to hire a lawyer and all that nonsense. Go thru the Dsb. it's a much simpler process than most people think.
