Can I log the cam timing and crank timing and figure out how advanced or retarded the cams are (as a pair) based on that? I used an AEM timing pin to set TDC on the gears and now I read that I'm potentially 11 or 12 degrees off due to the pin being too long (still need to confirm this). This is of course all complicated by the fact that the cat is probably trashed due to being beat on by the tow truck's equipment (visible damage to the pipe) while towed as well as having some fuel dumped through it while things were screwed up (probably a cracked up, melted mess).

Pretty much I'm just looking for a sanity check to see if the reason my car is running like crap (no power) is due to one or both of these. I'll hopefully be trying to sort this out later in the week.
