looking for a new project

I am looking to do something that not many have done. I want to get toyota pickup truck and put a 2JZ or 7MGTE engine in there.
Now my question is , what pickup will be the best fit with the least modifictions.
I have a readily supplis of parts direct from Japan so getitng an engine,harness,PCM with out a problem. SO if anyone has any info on this please let me know.

2jz will fit in a tundra. i don't think the gte will fit in anything. possibly a tacoma. i'm probably wrong, though. you'd need pretty extensive mods either way i think.

i recently saw a 2jz in an late model toyota pu...don't remember what one though bout the size of an s-10...very very fast!!!

There was a 7MGTE 4runner I read about somewhere making around 600hp. Getting burned by a 2.5ton SUV must be extremely humbling.

Heck, there are STOCK SUV's out there now that are as fast or quicker than my SVTF!!!

And by the way, getting burned by a turbo minivan is also pretty neat (as long as you're the one driving it)
