Low Idle Speed

I am having problems with low idle. I hca been noticing this idle problem when I come to stops and almost a cam lope sound or a stumble when I have the headlights on. I need to know if I can adjust the idle speed. Is there an adjusting screw on the T/B that allows us to adjust the idle speed? -Thanks Eric
