Here's my intake mani I'm making. Thoughts or opinions, ideas? Last pic shows how it lines up with the Svt lower.

thanks, that's the plan anyhow. The runner length needs adjusted I'm sure but it's better to be too long right now than too short.

So very true! I'm in the middle of fabbing my own intake but basically from scratch as I didn't have access to a svt lower. Using a tubular aluminum intake manifold from a toyota camry, cutting and welding a flange for a focus tb and crown vic iac, then a custom cnced head flange and injector bosses. Its the long way around but its for a rwd project I'll post a few pics tonight.

It's more fun to make your own parts. Mine will be using a 75mm mustang throttle body and I believe the focus iac mounts up to it.

Darn right it is! And if I didn't already buy a 65mm cfm throttle body , I may have tried a different one. The crown Vic IAC only has an outlet in the flange and uses a ~5/8" tube that connects to the intake tract after the maf

I had a cfm 67 when I was gonna use the stock intake and sold it before it ever got used. And I only paid $120 for this accufab 75mm with a mustang iac. I may just have to rewire it, I know I do the tps

Thats about as far as ive got, i still need to make the fuel rail and injector bossess, but the flange is machined and bolts up with enough clearance for the oil filter. Fun stuff

Yours Is a bit less complicated but will probably work awesome. I'm going to be running my engine n/a for a while first until I can afford more turbo bits so I'm hoping it works well haha. Its exciting not knowing for sure.

Mine will be broken in n/a until I can afford the turbo and stuff to make a manifold. And redo the fuel setup

Nice manifold though it's pretty much the opposite of what you want for a turbo. Turbos like big plenums and short runners.

Well I left them long intentionally, I'm trying to figure out an optimal length for them. It's easier to take material out then it is to put it back in. The only thing that's final as of now is the location of the runners. Everything else is still being decided. Once the motors in the car I can get a better idea of what I need.

Cut down the runners. Still might be a little long but I can always cut them down again later.
