Very nice, if it was a Mazdaspeed that would be even cooler, but I like these cars. Clean and simple are the names of the game.

And Josh yes it does! Or Megan Racing for 899.00 OR cheap out and get Ground Control sleeves for 400 lol.

Any interior shots of the car? I don't believe you've ever posted any.

 

Your right, I haven't. Looked through all my pics and these are the only ones I have haha, guess I'll have to take some more. Pretty much all stock inside though. The radio surround and window switch trim pieces came stock "silver" looked more like a pewter color to me though, so I painted them silver with paint that matches my exterior paint color. Plans for the interior are to paint the upper half (pillars, headliner) black to match the rest of the interior, and get a e-brake boot from Redline Goods.

 

Yay for lows!!

 

Got the bay cleaned up today. Just need to paint or polish the valve cover now.

I say paint, unless you plan on tucking lots of stuff out of the way. Polish just doesn't pop in an other wise stock bay.

 

Thats what I was thinking, I have some Rustoleum Engine enamel in the "Aluminum" color that I think I'll use on it.

Eventually I want to get the Injen CAI which should clear up alot of space. (the big black box in the front and the stock air box.)

 

Just don't put clear over the aluminum paint. The clear yellows and you'll see it.

So I just found this pic and now I don't know how I should paint my valve cover.

I didn't think I wanted a black VC but this wrinkle black looks pretty good, I would polish the letters though.

 

Finished my valve cover today. Also sanded and polished the heat shield as best I could.
