Anyone seen one of these at a autocross yet? MAZDA RX-8 It looks like if would be a good car for autocross. I saw one the other day and feel in love with it. I'm not sure what class it runs( I'm guessing B/S???) comes with with a 6-speed or a auto with the F1 type shifting.

For the MT, it's BS. It looks like it will be excluded from STX. The AT doesn't allow the same revs, and the gearing is much worse, so acceleration is nowhere the same. However, the AT doesn't have a rear LSD, so it may even be STS legal. Time will tell...

Saw my first one at an SCCA event in Portland, Oregon. I was the starter and it rolled up to the line in front of me. Much better looking car in person than in the pictures. Unfortunately, the guy couldn't drive, had crappy tires, and was lost. <font color="blue"> </font> Otherwise cool car.
