Ehh. It's nice and all, but it's not $3 million worth of nice. For that much money, you could have a one-of-a-kind car manufacturered that would drive circles around this thing. A really nice supercar from five years ago is now a fairly fast sports car. Even then, 400 hp seems kinda underpowered.

I realize car companies used carbon fiber back then, but would they have accessorized it like on the shift knob? Weird. And since when would Mercedes paint their dash blue. Course, I can't view the auction at work, so I dunno the details

 

The steering wheel can be bought from any car modifying company worldwide. I've seen in a magazine.

I can gaurantee you I've seen that switchgear on an old car.
I'm going for MK3 VW Golf, it looks identical to my friends VR6 lightswitch, (which I've seen once). If correct, this 'Rare' car has the switchgear out of an old golf?
