Focus central has a 500fwhp turbo car, so do that they did. Here is some of the things needed to make a 500fwhp ford focus.
You would need a pectel T2 about $1,900, low impedence injectors about $400 with a injector driver, a return fuel system with a new high flow fuel pump, Innovative GT-66 turbo about $1,920, Innovative header about $1,440, a good wastegate, denso spark plugs $47 from c-f-m, completely worked head about $2k with titanium retainers and stiffer springs about $250, crower connecting rods $600, forge pistons with 9:1 compression $400, Ford racing intake manifold, cam gears $239, custom stage 4 crower cams $400 or so, 70mm throttle body $279, apex boost controller $400, and a few other things. You will need also 118 leaded octane gas to run the 26+ boost with 25 degrees of timing.
You would still need to due some suspension work, transmission work and buy a set of slick and wheels. $160x2 for MT slicks, $300 for rims, $450 for clutch, $400 flywheel, $589 differental, roll cage, suspension, traction bars, and so on will be needed.
