i think i understand how these mods work, but i'd like to know if someone would clarify...they keep the motor from less movement, increasing response, right? this seems to be a highly recommended mod. would esspecially benefit an auto tranny? thanx.

This benefits any car, it may shake more in an automatic than it does a standard, but everyone's results seem to vary on this anyway.

Either way, there will be more shaking with the A/C on.
