My 2001 ZX3 Rally car/ daily driver!!

This is my 2001 ZX3 ive been working on for a while so i figured id share my work in progress with you all!! All the fabrication work i did myself. And i did all the regular mechanical work too.

Keep in mind that im only 17 years old so dont hate :thumbup:

This first shot is a side view. The wing is the ACTUAL WING OFF A 1999 WRC FOCUS! The wheels are SVT Euro Wheels with khumo tires. Homemade mudflaps.

This one is a rear corner so you can better see the wing.

This one is a front shot so you can see the bumper i made. Its a stock bumper with a air opening in the middle and functioning brake ducts

This is the rear of the car. The exhaust is a 17" glasspack i had so I cut the muffler and the resonator off and put the glasspack in there and put a tip of a roush f-150 on it.

This is the dash i made. and you can see the shifter risers i made.

This is the engine.. nothing much just a Custom CAI and some FR cams.

Overall i like it. As for the wing its a North Viking '99 WRC Replica cause i have the same wing.

You know...at first I was gonna hate on the wing and the exhaust tip. But you've redeemed yourself with your fab work; the shifter risers, and the custom cage.

Good Job. I like it.

thanks.. i was thinkin bout switching the car to the 03 body kit style.. The wider one. with the bigger wings and stuff so the wing thats on it may be for sale soon :thumbup:

That front bumper almost looks like a chop. Hopefully you dont get sideswiped by some granny causing that e-brake lever to go impaling in between a few ribs. lol.

I dont really like the bumper either.. Any suggestions as to what i should do to it to make it better ( besides take it off)

yea there is an actual WRC replica bumper you can get that def. would look better then the chopped up stock one, other then that the car is excellent.

An SVT front bumper would look great on there.

Not a fan of the exhaust tip, but overall, not bad for a 17 year old!

Do not put an SVT bumper on there! If you're going for rally style, then make sure you have a good deal of bumper clearance. SVT bumpers will rip right off lol

stop with this nonsense. a SVT bumper without the front lip will sit higher then stock. :lol:

I like it! The wing looks sharp...which color is that? My car is Toreador Red and I was afraid it would look odd with a rear wing.

Its infared or torch red i dont remember.
