whats illegal? I'm curious.

not my choice in mods, but I don't see anything technically wrong with it.
There's a tool in my area that had his headlights on his Civic done like that and he got pulled over and told to remove it or face a fine within a week. I know because I went to college with him and he kept bragging everyday that he hadn't been pulled over yet, but he got awfully quiet when I saw him pulled over on the side of the highway with a cop pointing at the headlights  That's cool that you haven't had any issues with that or your tint yet, but I'd still be too nervous to ever drive around with it. Not to mention it looks unfinished since it's only on part of the headlights :dunno:

Blue bulbs != HIDs, but whatever, it's not my car and I'm not 18 anymore

If you don't mind my asking, what is the point? You've modified HALF of the headlights on an otherwise stock looking car. Looks totally out of place. It would probably look equally as bad on a modified car, but I digress...is there a reason behind it?

Yes, and 50% of the time it's light out. So I will ask again, what is the point? I'm just curious if there was a reason for it other than to turn the headlights 'blueish'...I could care less what you do to your car.

In som states it is illegal to have blue headlights b/c it is seen as tryin to make the car look like a police car. He lives in NY where state troopers actually have red lights IIRC? So it isn't an issue.

If you could do something about the white part, like a big vinyl eyelid color matched to the car, I might be a fan. However, alone the blue isn't floating my boat. Maybe make the blue part of the theme for the car or something?

Any plans for it?

Yes, yes it does

Most of my fines in my focus were tint, 2% all the way around, and Im in Texas where the laws on car modding are nothing, we can run open header all day every day without issue. Wont pass emissions in some cities but oh well haha. +1 for blue bulbs, just be careful you dont fry your hiring harness with some cheap bulbs(i.e. "ebay all day long" bulbs), as Im sure plenty on here have. Yellow headlight film is the only decent looking headlight film IMO.

True, I wasn't suggesting "Run right out and get these", just that there are alternatives... and true, you get what you pay for.

hence the hatin' goin on with your headlight film. To me, if you like it - that's all that matters.

This thread makes me want to say, " Attention S-mart shoppers, right now we are having a blue light special on tools. Make your way over to aisle five and get yourself a great deal. As always, shop smart, shop S-mart." over a crappy store intercom.

I was wondering how old you are & what does that sticker mean?? I pretty much figured out the *** part. Here in NC the under car neon is ok long as it's not blue-red. Your windows look nice...i have legal on the side & 20% on my back window, just for the fact i'm old and can't see good at night...LOL Plus i hate seatbelts!! Not crazy about blue headlights.
