IF ANY OF YOU
were in the duratec forum a lil ways back you'll know that i had to get my engine replaced because i spun a bearing
there was a small oil leak that let 2 quarts leave
needless to say that engine was done
they said it would only take maybe 1 week
i called one day to see if the engine had shipped
they said that 20 engines shipped from Ford
but they didnt have tracking and they had no idea where they were
i said so you dont know where my engine is........he says......for all i know it could be in Idaho
how reassuring
next day i call him and ask him an update
he says that the engines are on backorder for 3-4weeks
so 2 weeks later i go today and ask to see my car and for an update
well the ENGINE ARRIVED
they are just waiting on a cylinder head

Nope thats a 2004 or 03 as you can see via the black side molding which are nto on zx3s allt the 03 or 04 that have a duratec would have a 2.3 the 2.0 didnt come out till 05 in the focidoesnt he have a 2.0 dura![]()
Danny has the 2.3 Duratec PZEV.
Marcy Motorsport has a fix for the breather baffle issue, if that's what caused it.
