Do a search and you will find a post from me and Nordy200 about a resistor type sensor right in between your fans that goes bad and won't allow your fan to come on under normal driving. The only reason it comes on when your AC is on is because it has to.

Need help, when i'm driving my car at noon, my temp gaugea sometimes go up almost 3/4. But not all the time like that. Mostly when i didn't put AC on, but if i have AC on it will not get over heat. I dont know waht coz that..
