Sent out the head to a local tuner for a full on port and polish. Will see it in about a week. He is a service tech. for Ford, so I trust him. Plus we race together most Fridays. Probably won't go on for a month or two, but getting it done is a step in the right direction.

I can't wait until you get it on a dyno as well! Could you give us an up-to-date list of mods you have or the mods you WILL have by the time that head is on and you dyno it??

The list is as follows:
The SWAB........
Adj. TPS
Gig TB
AEM alt. UDP
BDR crank UDP
EFP cam, springs, etc.
Escort GT header
No cat
Magnaflow exhaust
FocusSport wires
NGK iridiums
BDR cam gear set at 5* retarded
SS Autochrome CAI
Second Tranny cooler mounted behind the grille and looped into the 1st one still in the stock location
Trick Shift
FocusSport Diablo chip (FVV8)
Zetec injectors and harness

I think that's it.

The autotragic tranny is killing my HP, but oh well. It's gonna blow soon enough and then I'll go with a manual. If that's the case I may go turbo, too.


As for my big head, it really looks big when compared to the girly hands.

He enlarged both of the holes in the tps so it can be rotated a little bit tricking the ecu into thinking your hitting the accelerator even though your not.
