My New Toy... Supercharged Mustang

I've been looking for a Mustang for awhile, and finally found one exactly like I wanted, and in my price range. I decided I will not be turboing the Focus any more, and just using it as a daily driver. I still love my Focus, so I'm keeping some of the mods, but I figured it wouldn't be very practical to have a turbo'd focus for daily driving. Anyway, here's my new car....

2005 Mustang GT
- 35,000 miles
- Kenne Bell Stage 2 supercharger
- Kook's long tube headers
- Borla Exhaust
- Hurst short shifter
- Shaker 1000 sound system

I really want to take it to McNew's to get it dyno'd, to find out how much power it has... then get a 3-3.5'' supercharger pulley and get it dyno tuned, to add even more power. I already added a shorty antenna and Redline Tuning hood struts. I don't want to do too much to it, until it's paid off, but I eventually want to get tinted taillights, black or chrome 18X9/10 staggered bullet rims, and maybe a front chin spoiler.

UPDATE!!!
Here are the new raxiom taillights, and tinted third brake light... I installed them last night, but my car was too dirty to get pictures

Nice Mustang, needs more low though and wider tires out back.

Before you go adding more power you will want it dynoed because with the mods it's already got you're likely nearing the limits of the stock bottom end and you don't want to go blowing it up.

550 flywheel is abut the safe limit so around 467 at the wheels although I do know a couple guys pushing near 500 wheel, I don't have real high hopes for the longevity of theirs though.

his car looks sweet, i love the rims!!! thanks for the info on the building up the bottom end before looking into increasing the power. in the next month sometime, i plan on going to mcnews to have it dyno'd. then i'll work on some exterior mods... and eventually build-up the engine

:wub: i love the supercharger... i would've loved to complete my turbo focus build, but this is so much fun, and I still enjoy my n/a focus as a daily driver

just ordered raxiom tinted taillights, and third brake light tint... so the chrome tail light bezel will be removed next week when i install the new taillights

just recieved a nice package from American Muscle... so I will update with more pictures later today



do you mean no no noooo to the chrome tail light bezels, or the tinted ones that will be going on sooon?

I just heard from him a little bit ago, that he bought some parts from you for his mustang. If I would've known it was a fellow jetter, i would've gone with. I definitly wanna run my car sometime, so i'll let you and some other local people know, and we can get a little group together to go to cecil!!!
