Looks great! Black housed headlights really set it off, IMO wingless looks better. Very clean saleen :thumbup:

 

Nice Saleen! Really love the rim choice, too. Where did you pick up the black housing headlights from? I've been milling over the idea of doing this to mine.

I think it looks 100x better without the hood scoop and spoiler. Good job saving it!

 

You've done quite a lot since I saw it last. Definitely a lot of improvements! I like the new wheels a lot more as well.

Lookin good! Definitely one of the nicer saleens Ive seen. I would Highly recommend some wheel spacers to get those very nice wheels out to match the (even farther extended) fender flares though. Keep up the great work!!

 

Un-ricing the factory rice. Nicely done! Looks much better.

Throw some Niteshade on those tails and would really complete the back end of the car IMO.

Thanks for all the feedback. The wheels are 40 mm offset, so they already fill out the wheel wells better than the Saleen wheels did. Even without spacers.

 

Lol I never noticed the wheels being inboard on the Saleen Focus. Of course I the Saleen Focus is hard to look at IMO until I seen yours, I love the wing and hood scoop delete.

An Edge rear wiper and a SVT wing would look nice I think.

Where did you get the black housed headlamps and how much did they cost? I'd like to do the same thing to my '05.

I really like what you've done. And i never really noticed that the saleens have fender flares attached to the stock fenders like that.

 

You already know I love your car. And those wheels.. they are pure sex lol.

I never understood y this car didn't come with rear disc brakes for the price Ford wanted for one..

 

Something I just noticed.... why don't you have dust shields on the rear brakes???

 

When I was getting the stuff I needed to do the swap, I couldn't find any. Even Tousley only had the drivers side. They seem to be the hardest part of the setup to get. At least it was for me. But others I've talked to say it really doesn't hurt anything as long as you keep everything washed off regularly. And I like being able to see everything behind the wheel.
