Need help Who here REALLY RACES?

I need to talk to someone offline that really race with a team? Please do not take this the wrong way but I need to get info about driving for a team. I will not say I have a offer to drive for a team but only an email from a team. It is not what I want but it is a foot in the door. Other than that, that is all I know. I really need to find out what I need to look out for. I have done sponserships and contracting before but not at this level. Thanks James

No this is a full race team, full ride opportunity. Big cars and big HP. Like I said it is JUST and email but I want to be ready for anything. Thanks and I hope I did not offend anyone. This has really caught me off-guard.

OH MY GOD LOL I hear this all the time as well.

No ok it looks like it was a fluke as I have not heard anything back, yet. Some guy asked me to call him in the uS to talk to hime about coming on to their team as a driver. He said he was looking for a NASCAR driver. Now I know there are different levels of NASCAR so I am sure he is not interesed in starting me in Busch or Craftsman series. But any how that was the what it was all about. I looked up everything I could find out about Wolfe or Wolfe Racing but could not find this person.

Well here is the update not much but a better idea what type of racing.

Im looking for a driver to be a second driver in the arca race for 06.i would like to talk to u mabout it

No this is from the US I think NC the phone # starts with 828 which I think is western NC.

828 is the area code for a large part of wnc...it may be from the asheville area-but it was not me (lol)...i wish you luck though...arca-hmmmm...i`ll ask around and see if there is an arca team around here...

OK a little more info it is for the Truck Series. I am having a tough time reaching this guy as we are playing telephone tag and email tag.

which team...i have a friend who worked for a truck team...i can do some checking via the back door perhaps...still working on the tires, steve.

It probably will be tough to get ahold of the guy for the next 3 weeks. They are in the last 3 weeks of the season and everyone is trying to get all they can to move up that one or 2 spots in the points.
Pretty intense part of the year.
