Im assuming these to be A3s? Saw these on the highway, and was intrigued.
I like how they have car covers on them. I thought it was interesting.

Audi and VW both wrap them in a blanket like that. It is a paint protection thing. Kind of a pain in the ass to PDI them like that but it keeps them relatively clean.

You should come and PDI a CRV! lol! The paint protector is painted on in Japan and then shipped over here. Its a major PITA to get off.

I see them all the time on I-90 like that, it's not just the A3, the thing I don't get is some of them have clear plastic where the windows go and some don't.

You should come and PDI a CRV! lol! The paint protector is painted on in Japan and then shipped over here. Its a major PITA to get off.

Been there done that also. Worked at a Honda/VW store for about 2 years. Major pain.

Usually they only have clear on the front and back windows now on most of them. The stuff on the drivers door has a zipper so they can see to back off the truck.
