I think this is a great idea. I'm sure there are going to be ways to abuse it, as humans are generally assholes, but I like the idea.
When car shopping if a dealer (new or used) won't let me take the car out by myself I don't buy it from them.
From what I heard about this, you have to be at least 21 to get in on this deal, so sorry kiddies....no prom Hummer for you. Well, not the hummer that you drive anyways
