I would think so. Unless you buy the carbon fiber tail lights. I might be wrong though.....

 

Yes, but unless they are REALLY dark i dont think you'll be hassled at all. I had my front bumper lenses tinted dark, and never had a problem.

 

No hassle here in Ks and mine are pretty close to black.

 

I just ran into a guy who painted his zx3 tails and he said it is legal if there visable from 500ft and he also said he has had no problems at all with the law about the tails.
