If one were to convert to the Euro/RS front bumper they'd have to convert and get new fenders with the triangle markers in order to be legal.

My question is... would anyone even notice or care if there weren't side markers if I were to just get a new RS bumper?

Do cops even look for that on cars? I wouldn't think so. Most people don't even use turn signals. How much trouble could one person get in if they didn't have side markers?

What do you think?

But the lenses aren't legal. They gotta be DOT approved.

if a cop actually pulled you over and said "hey, that's a Euro Focus bumper and you're not allowed to have it", instead of getting pissed, give him a handshake and make him an honorary member of the Jet...

I was thinking they would be somewhat visible from the side.

I have the Mach headlights too so I'm covered from the front.

I also bought the Angel Eyes fog lights and the Hella turn signals in anticipation in getting the 1998 RS Edition bumper. Here's a nice pic... man I want that front bumper sooooooo bad.

Thanks guys.

Actually... if memory serves me correctly.. the stock turn signals in the euro start on the sides and wrap around to the front.... thereby making them legal.

This is the "98" version...

The only pic of the "2002" version that I can find, I can't tell...
