I'm looking to get a wicked auto-x suspension setup for the ST. As I understand it, my car has a decent setup from the factory. With my Escort, I was running auto-x with the elusive Ford Racing coil-over suspension setup with 325lb front springs, 500lb rears, and a 19mm rear sway bar. This thing handled great, but rough. Is there a good "true coil-over setup" that someone has that they might recommend? I am used to a bit of a rough ride, so that really isn't an issue.
