I know, its always so much fun. I'll be getting a SVT Rear sway bar, then squashing my mod bug for a while, as I like to keep my car somewhat stock.

I just googled Bad_Bike2 and I found that craziest shoot about myself.

I even found all of the original and unedited posts from various forums I had been a member of when I was thirteen!

Wow! Talk about mixed feelings. A whole lot of nostalgia, memories and worries.
I guess this is why you don't use the exact same handle for so long, on so many sites.

Google mine and your names. Its like a whole history search!

Edit: Wow, N-Gage, Angelroms, Playstation, Asustek, Import tuner, bleeping computer...

Me at 15: http://boardsus.playstation.com/pla...ation.com/playstation/board/message?board.id=offtopic&message.id=517282#M517282

Geez people change so much and so fast.

I had been home-schooled from 9th grade and on. The quality of education was poor. In the school I was in, It just paperwork every day, and you never learned anything. I never got past Algebra II as "I had finished all my math courses" in 10th grade. I never got to Chemistry or any other meaningful classes.

I had a really awesome teacher though. Me and her really connected.
In fact, I still have her number saved after all this time. She'll be thrilled if I called her up for a "catch-up" chat, as I had not talked to her in years.
I might. I just might...:)

My sister is now in Home Schooling, and through her I can see that the standards have tightened up considerably. Almost to the point where its too stressful and no longer worth it to be Home-Schooled.

Friends, peer pressure, and prom?

I don't miss it. Psah!!

the quality of education was poor at your home schooling or at your public school?

I complained to my parents a fair amount about being homeschooled but looking back overall I loved it and its what got me the job I currently have.

being homeschooled I got to
play varsity soccer
be on a robotics team
take college level chemistry
take physics
get an internship
maintain a job during the school year
go to church activities

all of those things would either have flat out not been possible or would have been much more difficult had I gone to a public school
