So just got a phone call, looks like I'll be flying out to New Jersey on Tuesday for a few MORE interviews. That's all good and fine but it should add yet another week to the process, man I just hope that if they do end up offering me a job they hand me one of those oversize lotto type checks!

 

So... this is yet another step in the interview process for that same job?

Man... given all of this trouble and expense they are going through, I would think this isa lock for you buddy!

Yeah, same job that would send me to the valley. The thing is that I still don't even know if that's the one I'm going to go with. I would imagine that with the expense of sending me out there I should have a fairly guaranteed position.

The only problem with them dragging this is out is that I still have to let the other company know where I stand. I can't expect them to hold the other position forever.

Brad, the guy who started it, is an awesome artist and amazing pinstriper, I met him via the late Dick Vale, the guy who painted all of the California Custom USA Astro vans & big rig that I did waaaay back when.... he also painted Shaun Carlson's Focus, and Brad striped it - he did lots of stuff for Vale

I had a full day of work yesterday, building art pieces for the creative department at my church.
Too much fun, but I am freakin whooped! arty:

Day off today and tomorrow, and 7 hours on Sunday. I'm getting paid to go to church now... I almost feel guilty. :lol:

 

You guys are killing me. I'm in my office at Starbucks, and I can hear the bacon calling me from the deli-drawer in my fridge 2 miles away!

I just ate bacon. And the last bit of sausage. Guess I gotta make more on sat! lol.

Actually, we're gonna make pancetta this weekend. We were gonna make salami, but the starter cultures didn't get here in time, and I'm not sure where to get them locally.

Saturday (All Day) - Yard work at the new house, it has 4 acres that needs some clearing.

Sunday - More packing and yard work at the house I'm moving out of.

Yea... Moving sucks but having 4 acres to go riding around on is kinda fun

Holy crap, crossfit was rough this week.
Monday: Work up to 1 rep max of front squat (235# ), then 10 100 yard sprints ALL OUT with 2 minute rests in between, then 3 sets of max knees to elbows.
Tuesday: 4 sets of strict dumbell shoulder presses + 1 max rep push press. Then, for time, 5 sets of 20 pullups, 30 situps, 40 squats.
Wed: couldn't walk, didn't go.
Thu: 5K row
Today: 4 sets max rep ring dips, then, for time: 21 DL (deadlifts), 400M run, 18 DL, 400M run, 15DL, 400M run, 12DL, 400M run......at 225 pounds.

Just got back from todays workout, oh, my ****ing legs.

Dildo for this weekend? Hobble around the house and make sausage. Emphasis on hobble. :lol:

This is Nick BTW, I'm at Drama's house in Lake Forrest. We used his SCT to check the code and it came up p1237 which is either the fuel pump relay or the fuel pump itself.

Having the car towed to the stealership to get it worked on because I couldn't find a local shop open on Saturdays.

Will update soon, hopefully it's not too expensive. Le sigh!

 

Dude...steal a relay from something else to either confirm/eliminate that (another relay, Drama's relay, etc.)
