Somehow, in the replacing the stock headers with the race headers for the second time now, the O2 sensor managed to become stripped to high hell. It could be the poster child of what NOT to do to your bolts. Anyway, is there going to be any damaging results from running the car without the 02 sensor in the header, and without anything to plug the hole with?

PS - Matt's not writing this, his cousin is while Matt finishes up from the ported head unit install.

Well, if it is the first sensor, you are in real trouble now...Because the ECU needs it for running the engine properly...

But if it is the second one (the one that sits after the cat on a stock car), it is there only for checking the cat activity and can be disabled with a chip...

I would seal off the hole with a tight bolt or Argon welding for some proper performance though...
