So if you dent a matte tuner finish wheel you're screwed. Guess I have to be even more careful now... though I think you can still get them in Europe.

Yes, unfortunately, you are kinda screwed. The thing is, the Matte Tuner finish only really sold well in North America and Germany. So they pulled the plug. It will be VERY hard to get any from Europe as well.
