Posted this over on FF, figured Id do it over here too. Decided to go a little different. I bought one of those angel eye kits off ebay for like $40, but only ended up using the smaller of the two. Might use the larger ones for brake lights? Anyway, I made some mounts out of abs plastic, glued them on, used some body filler to smooth it out then painted. I wired the angel eyes to the running lights so the amber light stays off until I hit the turn signal. I have some silver bulbs on the way, hopefully get rid of that egg look. If not Ill do with LEDs. Im pretty pleased with the results, let me know what you think.

Bad ASSSSS!!! Looks OEM! I love the black, and the Halos really highlight the round portion of the lamp. Definitely get some silver turn bulbs to complete the look.

Well done!

agreed. Buy some Silverstar blinkers (are bright amber, but when not lit have a light blue hint to the housing) or some silver topped bulbs (just shield the amber till lit)

That definitely looks awesome bro

I've never been a fan of halos except for BMWs and whatnot, but that definitely has a clean OEM look to it, which is perfect to me :)

You did an awesome job mounting the mounting plate in there and painting. Im not too big on the halos personally, but great job none the less.
Agreed... I am not a huge fan of the halos either, but you definitely did an excellent job on bringing the whole headlamp together, and making it look stock. Really looks good. I also have to agree with either the siverstar bulb, or chromed bulb to really make the halo stand out. Again... NICE WORK!!! Really goes to show how taking your time and doing things right really pays off.

mmmkay, got some new pictures. I recieved the reflective looking signal bulbs today. Huge improvement I must say. I still may do led bulbs down the line, but for $4 each, Im happy with these ones.

wow they look MEAN with just the halos on!

i suggest a city-light in the housing will really set it off, not a LED, but just something bright enough to show the housing...however not too bright to steal the Halo's reign
