im not wild about the colour scheme, and it looks sorta like a celica from the front without the grille.

it isnt painted yet....im going to paint it blue pearl, black rims, mach 5 hood, bags, wing, and hella head lights...also considering the v8 conversion.....and i havent replied to any posts because the site wont let me.

Never have been a fan of that kit. Just screws with the lines of the focus and the rear wheels, well they look way to small under that huge fender.

Then you're going to add a wing, mach5 hood, bags, etc...

I guess you subscribe to the "more is better" approach.
Either way, at least it's different, and I would like to see it with your paint job, it might look alot nicer.

yea it will look better with the paint on it, as far as the rims...they r small anyway they are only 16's and i have bout the adapters yet to bring them out from under the car so thats why they look like they set in under the kit

 

also the is the second look for my focus, i had the full wings west avenger kit on it, completely painted, and show ready....i just got tired of going to a show and pulling up to many other focus with the same kit. and the same look, im going to mix it up a lil

I really dont like the way that kit hides everything that is beautiful about the focus.

But props on the work.

BTW...you are gonna NEED to do ALOT better then 16s on that body kit to make it look decent. Like 18s 18x10 rear with 30mm offset and 18x8 front with 35mm offset.

man, where are you getting the money for all this? that kit alone is a few grand, plus all the bodywork to mold it in, then you add in the hood, bags, rims, and wing...i estimate that would put you over 8k depending on what kind of rims and how good a paint job you get...and the V8 conversion is only another 2 grand plus the cost of an engine, which should run you close to 5k...so on a car with a base price of about $13,500, you're looking to spend $15,000 in mods...that's just too much.

i just don't see a point in it, you're never going to get that much back if you ever sell the car, and it's being built like a show car anyway, not a track car. you could win SCCA races on a third of that budget.

He never asked anyone to understand WHY he is doing it....he is doing it cuz thats what he WANTS to do. If you are going for the 'different' look...u got it. I apreciate all the work that has...and will be going into it
