I recently installed the Esslinger intake cam and Esslinger cam gears, the car ran and idled perfectly for the past few months until yesterday. I had to remove the Iceman intake and FC TB I then reset the computer started it and let it idle for about 10 mins. and now I have this strange vibration at idle, the rpm's flutter between 750 and 850. I have tried several new settings with the cam gears but the vibration is still there at idle. Does anyone else have this cam and what were your experiences with it? Any vibrations etc..? Any help would be appreciated.

from what i can think of you have one of 2 problems

either you need to clean the sensor in your throttle body with CARB cleaner ( there is another post in zetec tunning that explains how) OR you need a new DPFE sensor i have to replace mine on monday my car stumbles at ible almost shuting off!

if you have a warrenty take the car to ford theyl know what to do
if you dont go to parts .com they charge 40 bucks good luck
