Problem with fog light

One of my fog lights is filling up with water, noticed this when I was washing my car today. Any ideas on how to fix this.

Take it off and inspect for cracks. Then silicon the seams and put it back on.

how do i go about removing this, a link to a tutorial or a how to would be much appreciated, or just a quick run through, thanks for the quick reply

Just reach under the bumper and look and there is a clip. Undo the clip and it comes out.
