I just got a set. I planned on installing them today but I had to take my car in for something else. I'm going to run them on svt dampers for the time being. I got a really good price on them. I'll let you know how they are after installed. I've seen them on a focus before. The drop is comparable to H&R. Seemed to be a little lower than the pro-kit.
yeah def. lower than a pro-kit. i have the pro-kit and a friend of mine has the progress springs and his is roughly half an inch (or slightly more) lower than my car. definately a good drop.
I've had mine for a couple of years now. I use the eibach pro-dampers. They are good springs, ride is good even with 215/40/17 tires. It's not like stock but that's the point.
well could i run these spring with 215/45r17's

As long as you have a good offset 42-49mm on a 7" wide wheel you should be fine.
I concur with JJFocus. I have Progress Springs with KYB AGX Struts and Shocks with 215/40/17 tires on 7" wheels with a 42mm offset. The only time I have rubbing issues is in the rear when I hit a bump with someone in the back seat.

i have no clue what my offset is i have 7.5 wide rim's would i run in to problem's'
I have progress springs and while i like the look. I feel the ride is too soft. Im contemplating pulling them off and selling them for something thats a lil firmer.
