For journalists AutoWeek it was possible to photograph turboversiyu two-liter Ford Focus, which has in-plant name "Project Panama".

The central objective of the creation of that charged Ford Focus, in the opinion of experts, is the desire to represent the worthy rival Dodge Srt-4, equipped with the 2,4- liter turbirovannym engine with power in 215 l. s.

Representatives Ford refused to comment this information.

why is the MAC os called Panther, or darwin?

NO real reason. Maybe this was the 16th (p is 16th letter of the alphabet) focus concept they've worked on... maybe the head engineer went to panama before they got underway, who knows?

The most important part of a codename is that it have absolutely nothing to do wth the car itself. the GT was known as crysanthemum or some equally silly flower

Because, like the Van Halen song, it kicks ass.

Petunia, I believe...
Remember, the SVT Focus was called the "Pirhana" during it's development. I guess they got a thing for P words?
Oh wonderful P words. I'd love to have a 200+ hp focus, but I think I'd rather have an RX-8.
