Most people say the Prothane are slightly softer. Less vibration, since I only have the ES, let me say:

In my experience, the car sucks to drive with the A/C on. Seriously.

The whole car shakes like it's about to fall apart the moment the rpms drop below 1k.

The hatch rattle, the steering wheel rattles, the keys rattle, the rear view mirror rattles, and so on. It's really quite disconcerting. If I had a gf, she'd not ride in my car.

my car does the exact same thing. gf doesn't really mind, but it's still embarassing to explain to people that right in my car that it's not going to break.

I have been in a car with ES bushings.

Man did that thing shake at anywhere near idle.

Our Prothane's accomplish the same thing with nowhere near the amount of vibration the ES's give off.

Our Prothanes have always felt just slightly more rough than stock and barely noticeable.

I have the ES and they vibrate sumthin terrible with the AC at idle. With AC off it varies, sometimes its pretty rough and others its not so bad. Considering switchin to Prothane now...

Prothane is a Brand, like Energy Suspension.
They come in Red and in Black.
For those with MAJOR Vibration, look under the car and Re-Inspect the Bushing.
Make sure that the lower lip of the Do-Nut Bushing hasn't slipped, and let the Dogbone settle against the Crossmember.
That WILL Cause Vibration.
It's Metal touching metal. I'll BET that's why your Vibration is so severe.

MichaelXi your the 1st person to ask that? The add-on does the same thing the Iceman add-on does. I used a coupling and a piece of 1.25" vacuum tubing on the inlet where the resonator was and ran it down behind the front bumper. If your really interested I'll get a picture or 2 for you.

Hehe, he was commenting on a misspelling. They slipped and typed CIA instead of CAI.
