Ok, well I have a D20 05. I have already put a Draxas header and Trubendz 2.5" system on it. And with just these mods it makes the car a lot of fun to drive. I also have a Focus Central TB and MM CAI ariving soon. So with those added, I should really feel a gain in power!

I am thinking about wraping up my build on the power end of this car, and the plan was to finish it off with Stage two cams and get it Dyno tuned with the SCT CAL2.

Here is where I would like some advice though, is there any other bolt-on, semi bolt parts that you think would be benifcail in the HP area? Like if I get the cams, would it be good to get new pistons, or will the cams make a big difference with out new pistons? Is there cam gears available for the durteac, I looked around and could not find anything on them. Anyhow, my goal with the car before I started modding it was to get it up to around 160 HP to the ground.

Another question that I have, has anybody had there duratec Dyno tuned in the South Eastern area. I want to take it to someone that has had experience with our engine and ECU.

areostudent - do you think buying the complete set from Walter would be the best options. I was thinking the stage 2's he sells with new springs and retainers. Or am I missing the mark?

desratt - So you have the FC Cam Sprockets as they are described on there website? I thought those were for the zetec, but it didn't say what engine it was for in the product description.

Also, has anyone gotten a dyno tune with our cars?

Ok, since not many companies are Dyno tuning our cars, how do they do it thru e-mail? Is the information from the Datalogging enough for them to make the proper ajustment to get the most ouot of the mods you have?

Also, on a side note, I have learned that the more mods I have put on the car, the better mileage I am getting. Will getting the cams and sct improve the mileage even more, or does it level off after so many power adders on a NA biuld?

Sorry I am asking so much info, but this is the vary first car that I have ever done anything with! I just wanted to get as much information I can about the direction I was going with the car. You guys have been awesome, and I hope to get some Video of the car on the track once I am done!

Ok, well I ordered the Stage II with all the goodies and went with the SCT XCAL2 with custom tune from MarcyMotorSports!!! I could not find a local tuner that would do the D20, so since MM is one of the LEADERS in the aftermarket for the engine, I decided he would be the best to deal with tune wise.

I can't wait to get my MM CAI and FC TB from him in the up coming weeks!! Then put the Stage IIs and SCT on top of that with what I already currently have, this Car is going to ROCK!

Has anyone Dynoed there car to see what numbers they were putting out? I was really wanting to see if someone out there had numbers from a simiular setup to this one on a D20. I haven't seen many people with the D20 getting dyno numbers on the jet!
